CBD Dog Treats Benefits:
Did you know that dogs and cats also have an endocannabinoid system? In fact, anything with a spinal cord (bird, horse, iguana/bearded dragon, snakes, guinea pig etc…) has this network of CB1 and CB2 receptors; however, dogs and cats have a much more sensitive endocannabinoid system (ECS) than humans because they have approximately 3 times the amount of cannabinoid receptors compared to humans, so dosing our fur babies is also different.
Dogs and other animals can experience the same health benefits that humans do when ingesting CBD. In other words, if they are anxious due to separation anxiety or past trauma, CBD may help them to relax and feel calmer. If they are in pain due to inflammation in their hips and joints, the powerful anti-inflammatory properties of CBD may help to reduce those symptoms, improving their mobility vitality.
