At PurWell, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Please review the following details regarding our shipping policies:
Shipping Carriers and Options
We primarily utilize USPS (United States Postal Service) for our shipping needs. During the checkout process, customers can select from multiple shipping options to best suit their delivery preferences. Available shipping methods and their respective costs will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days, Monday through Friday. Please note that orders placed after 2 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500 within the United States. For orders under $500, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, delivery times are typically between 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
Order Tracking
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. This will allow you to monitor your shipment's progress until it reaches your specified address.
International Shipping
At this time, PurWell does not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within the United States.
Additional Information
P.O. Boxes: For orders sent to P.O. boxes, we are only able to ship via USPS.
Order Modifications and Cancellations: Cancellations must occur before the product is confirmed and preparing to be shipped out. The order cannot be cancelled after you receive an email with a tracking number.
Returns and Exchanges: We gladly accept returned purchases within 30 days of your order. Please send the returned item(s) in original, unworn condition with merchandise tags attached, in original packaging, and include the packing slip so we can easily identify your order. Please note: customers are responsible for any shipping charges incurred for returns.
