How to Use
Draw the desired amount of CBD oil into the pipette (dropper) using the hash marks to dial in the exact amount.
A quarter dropper or .25 on the graduated pipette is a good starting point. You can take that dose one to two times per day as needed and stay with that dose for at least 3-5 days before increasing the amount you take.
Your dose should increase by 1/4 dropper (.25) each time you feel you need more.Lastly, be cognizant of the feedback your body gives you as you acclimate to CBD oil you are taking.
Suggested Dosage
We believe that the “start low and go slow” approach is best, and it is dependent on the frequency and severity of the symptom/condition.
Typically, the more frequent the symptom presents and the more intense the symptom is, will determine which bottle or concentration is appropriate to start with.
