What items are returnable?

What items are non-refundable?

Sample packs, free gifts or promotional items.

Are there any charges for returns?

• There are no charges or restocking fees for returns.
• PurWell does not cover the cost for return shipping.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Policy Guidelines

We have made our wholesale program virtually risk-free. Return any unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Need some extra time? Products returned between days 61-120 days will be refunded at 50% of the purchase price.

Damage goods return Policy

• If any products arrive damaged, broken or part of your order is missing.
• You must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery.
• Pictures of damaged products must be sent to returns@purwell.com
• A replacement product will be sent out within 5 days of approval.

• Missing product claims will be compared to our shipping picture for approval
