How to stay calm and manage anxiety with CBD & THC?
Depending on different stress levels and how people cope with it makes dosing with CBD & THC very personalized and a bit of trial and error. Starting with CBD, use for at least a week while paying attention to how you start to feel and/or react. Increase dosage if desired results are not achieved. Use as necessary or whenever needed. If more and more is needed, increase CBD strength. When using THC, start with 1/2 recommended dosage unless or until tolerance is known. Low and slow is ALWAYS best when using THC. Wait at least 45 minutes when using tincture for effects before increasing dosage. Wait at least 1 1/2 hours when using edibles for effects before increasing dosage. (for best results, have some fat or alcohol in your system before taking CBD & THC)
Does CBD and THC get you high?
CBD, No. THC, Yes.
What if I take too much?
First, there is nothing to worry about, you cannot "overdose" on CBD & THC. Stay calm, get some water and try lie down and get a little rest. In the case of too much THC, take some CBD 1st, it will take away the high feeling.
Are these ingredients safe to eat?
